The Alcorn School District Special Education Department is driven and lead by a deep love and commitment to the inclusion of all children in both our schools and community.

We strive to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of students with or suspected to have exceptionalities and create for them an educational environment full of learning and connection.

We also strive to provide programs to challenge and elicit growth within our ASD students found to be academically gifted.
