Parent Page Directions!
Dear 8th grade parents,
Online orders are super simple and easy to operate! Use a laptop or desktop computer to go to https://link.entourageyearbooks.com/view_account.asp?l=8E9087E6-9D53-4961-9C7F-A4525C179D5F
You will need to register (make a login) and start designing your page. Upload any background or pictures you want. I used Google Search to find really neat backgrounds. You insert your background first as a picture; do not expand to the cover page until all photos are on the page.
(you can add text, tons of fonts, and clipart)
Traditional Method: When preparing a full page for the yearbook, tape or paste photos to an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. Cardstock is best, but regular copy paper will do.
When preparing a half page for the yearbook, tape or paste the photos to an 8.5 X 5.5 sheet of paper. Again, cardstock is best, but regular copy paper will do.
You may place as many photos of your child that will fit into the 8.5 X 11 space or the 8.5 X 5.5 space. You may also design your child’s page using Microsoft Publisher or by using the Walmart/Walgreens photo app. Make sure that the dimensions are as close to the above dimensions as possible. You may also submit an envelope of your photos, messages, and color ideas to the ACMS office or send them to my email to have me create your page. (No later than FEBRUARY 28th)
After finishing your page or a half page, you may email me the finished product via mthompson@alcornschools.org. You may also send the parent page to the ACMS office, where I will scan it in.
Sincerely,
Meaghan Haynie
