Prepare for Homecoming Week!! Here are our dress-up days. Remember that school handbook dress policy must be followed. The ACMS Homecoming will have one dress-up day on Oct. 4th which is School Spirit. Otherwise we are dressing up along with the high school with a few edits. (Sept. 26th-30th)

Continued: From Mrs. Shelby Kirk: Today we covered life skills. We worked on cracking an egg, setting the temperature on the stove, stirring, setting a table, measuring our ingredients, and basic table etiquette. We cooked pancakes, bacon, and eggs for breakfast. Then for lunch we cooked nachos, rice and beans. We’ve had the best day.💜

This year we want to create more engagement and support for our football games! We will be having themes for the following games! We hope you’ll show your team spirit during the day and at the ballgame. The School Dress Code does have to be followed!

5th grade Art students making the sidewalk beautiful 🤩
Mrs. Davis’s science class recently made a chromosome model. The student’s identified certain traits and used a colored bead to represent the gene for this trait. The beads were placed on the chromosome to represent the genes.
Ms. Johnson's 8th grade class dressed up like numbers.
