Students from the Alcorn Career and Technology Center traveled to Senatobia, MS, to compete in the SkillsUSA Regional Competition, showcasing their skills in various career and technical education fields. Our students did a fantastic job and represented ACTC with hard work, dedication, and professionalism. They not only gained valuable hands-on experience but also had a great time along the way!

We are incredibly proud of all our competitors and want to extend a huge congratulations to our STATE-BOUNDwinners who will advance to the SkillsUSA State Competition on April 1-3 in Jackson, MS!

A special shoutout to Industrial Maintenance Instructor Jesse Potts, who formed and coached our successful Welding Team, which included students from Industrial Maintenance, Agriculture Power and Machinery, Construction, and Engineering. Their hard work and collaboration earned them a 2nd place finish!
