The arts are continuing to thrive here at Alcorn Central High School!
This weekend, we had two students that were able to attend a great learning experience at Mississippi State University. Harley Markle and Cratin Quinnelly were able to meet band members from all across the region and got to learn from members of the MS State Maroon Band and its directors.
These students were able to participate in the Mississippi State vs Memphis ballgame this weekend during the opening of College Football in Starkville. The invaluable experiences Harley and Cratin gained will help them lead the Purple Pride Band to many successes this year.
