Coach Jackie Hill and the Lady Aggie Cross Country Team have claimed the Division 1-3A title with a perfect score. A perfect score is one in which the top 5 runners are from the same team. Senior Eva Null took first place overall, with a time of 20.48. Alana Lewis came in second, Abbigail McGee in third, Chloe Bollig in fourth, and Carlee Turner claiming the fifth spot. Other runners qualifying were Miley Taylor in seventh, Sarah Kate Childs in eighth, Mackenzie Hastings in tenth, and Ava Fortune in thirteenth place. Coach Hill said this is the "hardest working and most dedicated group of athletes."
Also taking a qualifying spot was Jack Wilbanks claiming eighth place for the boys' team.
Our Aggies will be competing in the State Championship Meet on November 2 at Choctaw Trails at Mississippi College in Jackson.
