Congratulations to our Kossuth High School students who participated in the NEMBDA Honor Band this past weekend. Natalie Harvell made the HS Band as a Freshman, while Zander Gomez and Elijah Pittman both were first chair in their sections. And Zander, who is a 4-year member of the HS Band, was selected by the clinician as the Most Outstanding Musician!!! Way to go guys!

Congratulations to the Lady Aggie Powerlifters for their 1st place win at the Region 1-3A meet today. They scored 67 total points. This is their 4th straight championship! 1st places finishes were Micah Haire Katie Avant Relynn Spencer Chloe Bollig Maddie Gifford Sarah Green Maryn Latch Kameelah Colbert 2nd place finisher was Livy Hinton 3rd place Addilyn Williams Aniston Joyner They will compete for the North Half Championship March 5.

Congratulations to Zander Gomez, Natalie Harvell, Elijah Pittman, and Lily Wilhite for making the MSU Honor Band. The students prepared an online video audition and were selected for the honor band. They joined more than 200 students from the Southeast and performed a concert on Saturday in Lee Hall at MSU. The MSU Honor Band has been an annual clinic for over 70 years.

Congratulations to the Winterguard for placing 2nd at the Olive Branch Indoor Show. Way to go girls!
